You may have heard the term Nootropics before, but have you ever wondered what exactly they are? well if you are a complete beginner to the big wide world of Nootropics this guide is for you. We’ll delve into what Nootropics are, how people are using them and how you can use them to improve your cognitive performance but your overall wellbeing.

What are Nootropics?

How do Nootropics work?

  • it is my understanding that lions mane,unless extracted using alcohol methods will not regenerate the nerves, is this so,and do you have any products by this method?

      The main thing you want to look for with lions mane is what’s called the beta-glucan content (Ideally Lions mane has a 25%+ Beta Glucan content) this is what determines a high-quality extract.
